Really fun happy hour with friends! I got a spicy Guava margarita and we ordered appetizers to share the sliders were great and the sauce was splendid.

1212 has the best and favorite happy hour around!!! They have an awesome patio and all day happy hour ! Mondays they do buy one get one happy hour drinks! So yummy and the best lychee martinis and sliders! I love coming and getting the mushroom truffle balls and the rock shrimp tempura! Will always opt for this spot

This is the most fun brunch I’ve been to recently. The vibes were high, bottomless of course, and these benedicts did not disappoint! They also have an outdoor seating area on 3rd Street Promenade.
