ordered the Chef Special Spicy Beef Noodle Soup w
"Wide" as my noodle of choice. They make your noodles from scratch, after you place your order and you can even watch them make it right in front of you! When they brought the bowl out, I can immediately smell the tantalizing scent of Sichuan peppers. The broth was very comforting w its bold, spicy, and numbing flavor profile. The heat level of the soup is legit spicy and numbing, so if you can't tolerate a lot of spice, get the regular beef soup

Incredible spot for #handmade #noodles! they were making them in the kitchen right when we walked in. truly it’s amazing that there are seven different types of noodles that you can order this location seriously reminds me of the noodles I had in #Taiwan highly recommend

The broth came hot and topped with fresh cilantro. The broth was flavorful by itself and was elevated by the mild chili oil. The beef was sliced thin and was very tender.

This is such a convenient and quick service Chinese place for authentic LanZhou noodle soup. Both of the soups I ordered taste delicious, and the price very affordable. They have limited choices of soups, but with their freshly made hand pulled noodle made by noodle chef right there, it makes the experience feels authentic! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Was recommended by a friend and was pleasantly surprised. You are able to choose the thickness of the noodles and the customization really allows for you to experience the flavor a lot better. They make the noodles in front of a window and gives you a sneak peek of what you’ll be eating.
