This pink-themed brunch spot, 2 Chix, is adorable! The owner, Tinnil, is so sweet and gave great business tips. Must-try: the Trini Benny—Caribbean bake topped with savory saltfish, poached egg, and chipotle aioli, served with plantains. The confetti waffles are perfectly sweet, and the thick-cut bacon is on point. Loved the non-milky Piña Colada and guava mimosa!
