4th Street Market is a small, hip area to grab a bite in the Downtown Santa Ana area. I tried multiple vendors here and everything is generally decent. However, Loose Leaf Boba greatly disappointed me today and I won’t be back. The drink quality decreased tremendously since last year & we couldn’t even finish our drinks.
