Fresh bread! Welcoming, helpful service. Luv trying their new items like the striped ube bun. A light crunch exterior on bread with ube filling inside. Milk teas, coffees and boba. So good! Order ahead on the app to cut down the wait time. Right off the 91 fwy off Mckinley north exit.

One of my favorite bakery places and convenient too! Pick what bakery items i want and order a Iced tea to go along with it. I like u can choose what sugar level you want with your ice tea. Download their app and get rewards and points. My iced tea was 50% off! 👍❤️
