Boba was chewy and the outdoor seating had a nice breeze and shade from the sun. Milk tea was nice, almost tasted like a latte.  The hot version only comes in medium size, for about $4.85 before tax.

There are a lot of choices of bread here, and the prices are very reasonable! The bread is fresh, and I love to come here and grab a drink as well!

I love this 85°C location in Diamond Jamboree. Great selection of pastries, always fresh, and super reliable for a quick bakery stop.
