888 Japanese BBQ is an all-you-can-eat restaurant that offers 3 tiers. The Kobe menu includes all my favorites and definitely worth trying! We waited almost 2 hours to get seated. Not sure what the hype about but I think general the meat and everything and how they marinated was OK nothing too special.
I believe we did option 2 with 90 mins time limited like elsewhere

One of the best AYCE bbq places in Vegas! Prices were so much more reasonable than buffets on the strip. So much variety and the food quality was superb. 10/10 would recommend and will return. Make sure to come early though because there will be a wait!

Always wonderful service! A favorite stop in Vegas for sushi & Japanese BBQ that won’t leave you smelling like smoky meats. If meat isn’t your main concern there’s a wide variety of vegetarian to choose from. Come right when they open to avoid a 100 minute wait time or joint waitlist online prior to arrival. Nice bar to hang out while you wait. 3 menu options $27.95, $33.95, $44.95. (July 2025) free parking.
