AYCE sushi, Japanese foods, and grilled skewers. Depending on the tier you choose, it will determine what special dish each individual can get. This was the B tier, and has the best seldction for its value.

That’s good quality and so many variety!!
Wait list was so long… but it worth it!!
And their service was very good!!
I’m so impressed! Usually AYCE doesn’t have that customer service quality!!

🍣 The Most Luxurious AYCE Japanese Food in Vegas! 🍣

I’ve been to so many buffets on the Strip, but this time, I went just a little off the beaten path near MGM Grand—and it was so worth it! From buttery wagyu and fresh uni to oysters and perfectly seared beef carpaccio, every dish was next-level. The kids loved the experience, too! If you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat spot that feels upscale, add this to your Vegas food list!

The most affordable and high quality high value AYCE sushi place I’ve ever been to in America. The food was phenomenal; crazy fish to rice ratio for the nigiri, and so so so many selections!! From appetizers to nigiris to sushi tacos to hand rolls to carpaccio and skewers; it really was a dream come true… I wish 888 sushi would come to California so I could enjoy it more often 😭

First time coming here. Sushi is surprisingly tasty and fresh. Wait time for the table could take a couple of hours at a busy time, but you can utilize the waitlist system on yelp. We got super lucky and got seated right away.

Rice and fish quality were the best I’ve had at an AYCE sushi place. Appreciate that they also have skewers if you wanted a break from fish. The amount of rice in the nigiri was very minimal which allowed us to eat more. The rice was also not dense and had a good vinegar flavor. I recommend the mid-price menu (I believe it’s the “premium” menu). Has a lot more than the lowest tier and not much less than the highest.  For $38/person, I believe we got our money’s worth.

sushi was pretty good (nigiri had excellent fish to rice ratio especially for an ayce restaurant)

rolls were good at first but slowly all started to taste the same — however the lemon salmon roll (seared salmon with a thin slice of lemon on top, crab avocado mix inside) was a highlight

skewers were solid but no standouts (scallop skewer very disappointing imo, beef skewers all good but too salty and greasy, slows down ayce progress)

service was good, waiter came around often
