Breakfast at📍Absolute Bagels in Manhattan Valley, New York.  J. Kenji Lopez-Alt always talks about this spot so I knew I had to try.  Cash only.  Their bagels have a thin, shiny, crackly crust.  When you bite into it, it’s dense and chewy but tender and easy to bite through.  Absolutely the best bagels I’ve ever had and can’t beat these prices.
