At $95 for the tasting menu, it's a great way to get Two Michelin Star quality and execution, without the hefty price. The standout dish here was the perfectly cooked Tilefish, paired with crispy chicken skin and draped with lardo. Yup, that's right LARDO (cured pork fat)! Oh my yum😋
