We loved getting a taste of Afghan cuisine here, a first for us! The Afghan mantu is like a beef dumpling in a creamy sauce, absolutely delicious. The Kabuli palau is Afghanistans national dish, a rice pilaf with a tender lamb that falls off the bone.
