The weekend is upon us and I think we all deserve a treat.  This “cheesy” chick ordered up a Funky Fromage at @afterbarchicago . Manchego washed @chopinvodka , white and dry vermouth, olive brine and fennel oil.  They call it a dirty martini with an art degree, a perfect sip for a blue haired professional with an art degree especially before she goes to see a panel discuss tariffs.
