I'm impressed with the quality of meat, the quick and friendly service from the staff, and that ambiance that it reminded me of Korea! The USDA Prime beef combo is a good selection with brisket, a choice of short ribs, and skirt steak or beef tongue. Marinated bone-in short ribs are one of my favorite meats so I opted for that option along with the skirt steak. The gopchang got a little too charred as well making it bitter. The sides are good besides the kimchi, especially the sweet potato’s but their soybean soup is a tad bit on the sweet side and the egg pot isn’t anything special to talk about.
