I love all Asian food but Japanese food is definitely one of my top favorite cuisines! I love the fresh fish from sushi/sashimi that pair so well with sake and their variety of noodles too (whether its udon soba ramen etc.). Aizen is one of my favorite restaurants which specializes in udon noodles but also serve fresh sushi/sashimi and other Japanese appetizers. The uni was spectacular and their specialty udon (Black Truffle and Caviar Udon) was my favorite!

Didn’t know of this place until we walked across Tsukemen Aizen. The Tsukemen was delicious and the vegan one was also quite delicious too!

The sushi is pretty good. The server was nice and the bathroom was clean. Parking was hard to find.
