Aji sushi is my FAV AYCE sushi restaurant in Sac! Aji Sushi let’s you order from a tablet for a max of 3 rounds. I first started going in 2019 pre-pandemic and will be the first to admit that their ratios are no longer what they used to be, but it’s still leagues better than the other options in the Sac area! The first round usually has a good rice:fish ratio and gradually gets more rice as you continue. Btw, you can get unlimited Gunthers ice cream too! What a way to beat the heat 🥵

This is my absolute favorite AYCE sushi spot in Sacramento. The quality of fish is great and the presentation is absolutely beautiful. It’s also a really great price with lunch being $23/person.
