NEW PERUVIAN RESTAURANT OPEN 
AL TOQUE is the new Peruvian Restaurant opened in Oceanside California. They originally started as a Popup in San Marcos and then Vista.
Oceanside is their first brick & mortar which is located on Oceanside Blvd.

I am reviewing an authentic Peruvian drink known as Emoliente by Don Eleororo.
This drink has a slight viscous texture to it and comes across as drinking an emulsion of chia seeds.
The flavor is very similar to Mexican Jamaica juice.
