Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken serves the best Peruvian in the NC Triangle area.  This particular location sits conveniently in a major shopping district in Apex. Enjoy fresh Rotisserie chicken which is marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal and served with delicious sides like yuca fries, plantains, among others.
