You’d never think one of the best and most #authentic #Italian #Pasta dishes could be found in the middle of a mall in Las Vegas, but Ambrosia Cafe & Bar proved me wrong! Featured is the #Spicy Pomodoro pasta with #homemade paccheri pasta, N'duja,a Calabrian spreadable sausage, gorgonzola dolce, house made tomato sauce and buffalo #mozzarella. This dish was spectacular,it even got my Italian boyfriend’s stamp of approval, and that’s no mean feat! Can’t wait to try the other dishes! #Italianfood

As well as classic pasta dishes,Ambrosia Cafe & Bar offers shareable Italian dishes such as Pinsa, a typical Roman flatbread “pizza” (originally written as ‘Pinsa’ on the menu but now states ‘Pizza’)which I’ve found isn’t widely known or available in the US, and a curated wine list. For sports fans, there are TVs to watch those can’t-miss games!A must-visit gem.
