Omakase, chirashi, bento boxes, classic and traditional rolls Ando offers everything you know and love about a sushi spot, but I went for the real test: tamago. Seeing that on the menu is a good sign alone, but even better when it's done this well! Delicate, slightly sweet, light, fluffy, and expertly wrapped around a nugget of sushi rice. #FlashDashWeek1
