Outside the balloon museum, there was a cute plant based ice cream truck. I beleive the ice cream is made of cashew and oat milk, and it was surprisingly creamy! You can tell that they use real fruits too! I really enjoyed it :)
Since Balloon Museum is now closed, I don’t think it’ll be there but they seem to have a location in West Palm Beach
