After countless walks past Angler on the Embarcadero, I finally caved—and oh, was it worth the wait. This one Michelin-starred restaurant offers a seafood forward tasting menu. But it’s not just the food that steals the show, there’s also a taxidermied bear named Béarnaise- yes, named after the sauce! 
We started with a Kingfish Cru with yuzu kosho poured over. Also memorable was the radicchio, a staple item at Angler, with red beet sauce and shallots–the restaurant gave us bibs for this one!
