Garden Cafe is a solid spot for classic Hong Kong–style comfort food, offering a huge menu with everything from baked rice dishes to noodle soups and milk tea. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable.

Got seated quickly however it took a long time for anyone to serve us and also after ordering the food and drinks, it took over ten minutes to just get two cups of water. As we waited we saw some people get soups with their meals but they never offered for us. I know that they specifically give out soup to people that they want to instead of everyone. I personally don't like that but garden cafe has definitely been a lot different than it used to be. Finally our food came after almost 30-35 mins

Had the hardest time figuring out what to eat for dinner on a Sunday night as food joints were closing left and right. I happened upon Garden Cafe to get some HK style bolognese. It was ok, the flavor of the food was fine.

Arcadia Garden Café serves a tasty filet mignon and chicken steak combo, but the experience is held back by a very small parking lot and limited staffing, which means little to no service at times. The food is good, but overall the Alhambra Garden Café offers a much better and smoother dining experience.
