Arlet Cicek the owner has been in the restaurant business for over 24 years, working side by side with her father, Sako.  Leslie her partner left his insurance career and attended culinary school before joining the family business with Arlet and her father Sako.  Arlet began competing in bodybuilding in 2016 and when the opportunity to combine her fitness passion with her restaurant passion Arlet's Cafe & Meal Prep was born.  Serving healthy delicious food..If they wouldn't eat they won't serve it.  Building bodies from the inside out.
