For the best cajun seaood in town
At C Fresh Seafood Restaurant on California Ave and O St. 
They're open daily from 11am - 10pm 

They have a variety of seafood to choose from. What's best for most people, they have headless shrimp and peeled shrimp options. 
I know a lot of people who would love this. As for me, I prefer everything as is. 

For the sauce, I went with The Works, which combines all the sauce together.
