I’ve been to Atchafalaya several times, and it’s part of my must-do list when I’m in New Orleans. The food and service are always on point, and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant too. The walls are covered in colorful local art, and it’s lively without being too loud. Because their food is so good, you have to get appetizers. They also have amazing cocktails, so I would suggest checking out the drinks menu and the seasonal cocktails. And the desserts are divine, so you WILL leave full.

It was my first time here and I was so excited. I got the Huevos rancheros. It was okay, nothing too amazing but the yolk pop was legendary.

Pro tip: Stick with what you know!! they have a lot of “different” mimosa flavors. I tried the cucumber and it was not great. (Wishful thinking that champagne and cucumber would go together)
