I’m a big fan of chef Bachelier since he was with Jeune  et Jolie and I wanted to try this new place of his! Book your table online because they were full when we got there. We ordered Turkish egg with salmon, tuna tartare and French toast(their signature dish). French toast was very big so we shared between 3 people.  Everything tastes very good! They indeed deserve Michelin’s bib groumand! Just so you know they charge $50 for deposit upon your reservation and 3% service charge.
