if you’re looking for a fantastic burger, this is the place to go!! BUT try their sides too, like the bacon and black pepper mac n cheese, so good!

Hidden down Cortlandt Alley, this spot (famous in Chicago) knows how to do a burger right. The Double Cheeseburger with Farm Egg and Bacon is a must, but the Shaved Prime Rib and Fried Bologna should not be missed, and best for your arteries if shared four-way. And of course, you can't not get that oversized Mille Feuille dessert, as you fall into a food coma shortly thereafter, but oh so worth it. Wear your stretchy pants for this meal, you'll thank me.

If you’re looking for the ultimate experience in NYC, Au Cheval Tribeca is the gold standard. 

Be sure to plan ahead as securing a reservation is difficult, but well worth the effort.
