It lacks the texture of gelato. The flavors are good and its more like a really good smooth ice cream but definitely not a gelato texture

A new Italian gelato shop located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. Depending on the time of day, expect to wait in a line but this place is worth the wait! The flavors from each gelato taste EXACTLY like the flavor. You can tell the authenticity and quality of theit gelato. I tried the coconut and strawberry for something fruity and refreshing but my favorite is the pistachio and hazelnut.
