Bandera has become one of our favorites.  Start with the dip duo.  If you're hungry, try the cornbread.  For your entree, you can't go wrong with the Macho salad.  The oreo cookie is the best dessert.

If you're looking for roasted chicken, Bandera IS the place to go.  I like it in the Macho salad.  The dip duo (avocado and cheese) and the cornbread are excellent starters.  You can end your meal with a nice Oreo cookie dessert, or banana cream pie.  Free parking is limited, and, typically, it is exhausted after 4:30p.  If you're not lucky enough to get the free parking, make sure you pay for your spot as parking enforcement frequently visits this site.
