Friday morning before Thanksgiving we got in line around 10am for their 11am opening, and we were second in line! Ordered the brisket, Molotov ribs, lamb chop, hot sausage, and their famous green spaghett. The brisket is probably the best and now my favorite. The ribs were super good with the lime zest topping, and the lamb was also really good. I love these new bbq spots popping up who give a unique spin on traditional bbq, Barbs B Q is definitely worth the trip to Lockhart.
