Finally tried Bark Barbecue andTheir Chicharron and Brisket Sandwich was melt-in-your-mouth good, though I wished the BBQ sauce soaked into the meat more. The Mac and Cheese was perfectly cheesy and creamy. Word on the street this is supposed to be one of the best barbecue in nyc. I love barbecue when I heard this is Dominican and Texas style Barbecue I was intrigued. It’s in the time out market upstairs. You must go pretty early, their food sells out fast! Ordered their brisket which melts in your mouth, their sausage which was delicious flavorful, plantano maduro was sweet and their Mac & cheese was cheesy good ! Honestly worth the internet hype.

We got here super early on a Saturday and it was already packed. Well worth it tho, getting free samples in the line. Got our stuff and the food was so good and filling. Amazing BBQ
