Choose from a cone or cup and stick to the basics, or go all out like we did and pick a themed bubble waffle dessert. Mine is Starfish bubble waffle—banana pudding ice cream with banana and vanilla wafer cookies mixed in—topped with whipped cream, crushed vanilla wafer, and banana slices. My husband’s is a Seahorse bubble waffle—play-dough ice cream(not really play-dough though) with marshmallow and chunks of colored cookie dough topped with whipped cream and fudge.
