•seacuterie board- cured salmon, smoked tuna dip, saffron infused boiled shrimp, cumin remoulade, with a beet cocktail. 

•mixed green salad which was so delicious and why it wasn’t pictured lol!! (I ate first not the phone lol) It was a spring mix salad with shaved fennel, spiced pecans, ash cured carrots, goat cheese croquette🤤 with an apple-pear vinaigrette. 

•strawberry salty dog cocktail with vodka, muddle strawberries, grapefruit finished with a pink himalyan salted.
