a grilled cheese sandwich from beechers homemade cheese from the farmers market. Beechers is the perfect place to get a cheesy fixin. I like their mac and cheese more but their sandwich was pretty tasty as well!

Kids loved the Mac and cheese.   Great to see the process and eat it fresh.   Cheese was great and I’m a sucker for the word “best” and “flagship”.   Another pike joint to try amid the crowds of line.

Not worth the hype! It’s nice that they make their cheese curds on site and from scratch, BUT the cheese is so grainy and has too much funk for a Mac n cheese to me. That’s just my opinion, maybe I’m too brainwashed and like processed cheese over the really thing. Who knows lol

Their cheese is the best! I love their classic Mac & cheese, but once I tried their smoked salmon Mac & cheese, it was amazing! I love coming here when I come to pike place! They also have sample of cheese which is nice while you’re waiting!
