Belle Journe Bakery is a beautiful French-Asian inspired bakery that I tried in New Jersey.
 
The location I visited was in Palisades Park (310 Broad St)

They have some very unique dessert options such as Squid Ink Salt Bread.

Here is everything we tried:

Strawberry Ade
Chicken and Croffle - Crispy Chicken, sweet and spicy sauce, croissant waffle, and maple sauce
