I think I’ve found one of the (if not best) breakfast sandwiches in Austin, TX 👀

Better half breakfast sandwich: 
✨ english muffin, crispy hash brown,smoked paprika aïoli, arugula, fried farm egg
✨ your choice of bacon, breakfast sausage, beyond sausage, or avocado

I chose bacon (*highly suggest requesting extra crispy bacon*) and it was DIVINE. Each bite of the sandwich was *chef’s kiss* 🤌🏻 

The matcha could have been better though (a little watered down IMO!
