Go to Binchoyaki for creative dishes, fresh ingredients, & an all-around great experience. Look at the giant skewer menu, grilled on Japanese binchotan charcoal! They have traditional & fusion dishes w/ seasonal, local ingredients.

Highly recommend ordering from the specials menu as those are the seasonal offerings! Everything here is fantastic and the Krispy Rice is a must. They have the largest variety of sake in Sacramento and the servers are all super knowledgeable to help with a selection.
