Bludso's BBQ is in The Proud Bird, an aviation-themed food hall. The ambiance and environment is amazing with planes all over the place.

But the food doesn't match the ambiance. The brisket had amazing flavor but was mostly fatty chunks. Cornbread was dry and didn't have much flavor, definitely not a fan.

Overall, if you have kids, they'll love this place. But if you're coming for the food, you will likely not be a fan.
