InfraRed HOT Yoga Studio -using clean, green, therapeutic radiant heat. We specialize in helping yogis experience self-realization through the practice of Hatha Yoga, Empowerflow, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Yin, Deep stretch warm Yin & Kundalini yoga & Meditation. Our coffee shop/ Espresso Bar is "locally famed", specializing in hot, iced and blended beverages, protein smoothies, teas and recovery drinks. Organic beans sourced from an all women owned coop in Honduras. It is an open fresh air concept with a Garage door with indoor and outdoor seating and Free WiFi. Established in 2021. We re-opened in 2021 with a brand new concept for wellness after selling our first creation- Hot Yoga University in 2020 to one of our yoga students.
