The newest and only omakase in San Jose. Just $100 for soft opening. This is steal since they have chefs of over 30 years omakase experience (for example, Chef Tetsuya from Hiroshi who I’ve been a fan of and Chef Lang, who was the private chef for the Zuckerbergs). Omakase chefs are like celebrities for their skills and knowledge. 

Hope it stays at this affordable price! Service is excellent and there’s only good vibes here. Gold dust, caviar, Hokkaido uni, smoky presentation, fire, and sake.

We did omakase at the sushi bar. Service was really good! And they had unique nigiri.  I like how there are cold and warm appetizers in addition to the omakase. Would come back! They change their omakase menu every 8th of the month. I also thought their asahi beer with yuzu foam was creative and really refreshing!!
