Blue Sushi! One of my favorites! Always coming for catch of the day sushi!
We had a few things I forgot to record: Blue Kani Nigiri, Crunchy Blue and Lion King rolls.
And a super fresh sashimi of atlantic salmon drizzled with hot sesame oil, topped with ikura, truffle ponzu sauce & wasabi sprouts 🤤 with an eco-certification fished in a manner that has minimal or no effect on the ocean’s ecosystems.
