#Spring is here and there’s no better way to celebrate than to enjoy a unique rooftop lunch! Blue Tuba is a European Texas fusion restaurant that posts fair prices and friendly staff. The rooftop view of a quaint Heights street across the way was unmatched. I thoroughly enjoyed a pint of draft Peroni while enjoying the nice warm weather.
