This is a true hidden gem at the hotel. Get the ribeye and bread pudding it’s truly immaculate.

Bob’s Steak & Chop House is one of our favorite restaurants in Carlsbad. The food is always delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, which makes every visit a truly comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great steakhouse!

Our favorite restaurant, Bob’s Steak & Chop House, never disappoints! The food is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. We especially want to recognize our favorite ladies at the bar, Cherry and Nikki, and our favorite server, Antonio. Their professionalism, knowledge, and top-quality service truly make every visit special. They are amazing and absolutely deserve to be recognized and rewarded!
