In 2011 came to the United States and founded the LA local milk tea brand BOBA AVE 8090 in three years later. The five chain stores firmly occupy the main commercial centers of the San Gabriel Valley. The combination of the third space concept and the tea shop made the 8090 quickly to become famous fast in Los Angeles, fan voter tea shop TOP1. The location in Arcadia is the first Drive Thru Milk Tea shop in the United States.

Not sure if it was the location not sure if it was a timing but introducing this boba shop was a bit embarrassing. Normally Boba Avenue is a 10 out of 10 in my book but for this location the thai tea so watered down it tasted like water mixed with milk. It is convenient considering it’s in the shopping center though. The caramel milk tea wasn’t too bad, creamy and light. On the bright side, the boba pearls itself was fresh and hot.
