The store is located in old town Monrovia (more further south side). There is parking on the street or nearby lots.
Some indoor seating. Beautiful wall photo op.
I tried milk tea with boba without adjusting sweetness and it was perfect. It wasn't too sweet.
The boba was also very soft and chewy. It was a tasty drink.
Staff was nice.
