Boon Tong Kee at Balestier Road in Singapore is known for their Chicken Rice, which is meant to be phenomenal, but I honestly haven’t heard great things about this dish at the location in Las Vegas, and I was in the mood for Laksa, anyway. The quality has declined, as it was better when they first opened. I wouldn’t go out of your way to try this place!  Just check out the resort itself, and the Hey Kitty Kitty speakeasy instead. #laksa #singaporean #malaysian

Tried the roasted chicken that is popular in Singapore! This little number cost me $20! I enjoyed the rice, and the chicken was pretty good. But the garlic ginger sauce was quite plain.
