Buttery and flakey borekas for breakfast at Borekas Sephardic Pastries in Sherman Oaks. This version of borekas is a mix of a phyllo and croissant like dough layered wirh brown butter. The borekas were so flavorful, delicious and flakey! These are worth the drive!

Life-changing spot - I have never had this kind of pastry before and I was really intrigued seeing all incredible reviews online so of course we had to make our way over. Oh my gosh, I am literally obsessed. She is so flaky and handmade.
