Bosacki's Brewery started as a simple hobby by Greg Bosacki, brewer and owner, back in 2000. Greg started brewing with a basic home brew kit given to him as a gift by his wife. Over the years, Greg would try new brews and would recruit the neighbors as taste testers. Through birthday parties, pool shooting nights, graduation parties, and weekend bonfires Greg would always hear rave reviews about his brews. Finally in 2013, Brigitte Bosacki, wife and co-owner, proposed they take this hobby to the next level by starting a microbrewery. They started the journey of creating the name and solidifying the concept.
