Established in 1983.
In 1993, owners Francisco and Aurelio joined forces and opened the first Bossa Nova restaurant in West Hollywood. Now, in 2022, Bossa Nova features 5 locations, including Downtown LA which has just opened in January 4th.

came out for dinner with my friend and we had the happy hour for Camarao à Brasileira, which was delicious, and she had the mushroom vegetarian bowl and I had the fish of the day which was seabaas with risotto.  all were delicious and we had excellent service!!  highly recommend it!!

was debating to go based on the questionable reviews but decided to bite the bullet and try it. So glad I did. Definitely enjoyed it. drinks and food were good

Came here to eat after a show at Ahmansons. The place was really busy for 10:30pm! 
The service and the vibe were awesome. The menu is extensive. It has something for everyone. I love the Cajun chicken. It was very flavorful. The steak/fries were a bit cold but I liked the black beans.

I would definitely come back to try more stuff from here! And it’s my new go-to late night eats if I were in DTLA
