Bread Head is a fun and casual neighborhood sandwich shop.
We bake our own unique style of bread and make the best versions of classic sandwiches.
Established in 2024.
Longtime friends chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder first met while running one of LA's finest kitchens, Trois Mec. Together, they earned a Michelin star rating, one of the very few such restaurants in Los Angeles. Among many things, they shared an appreciation for the art of the sandwich and set out to build one that was simple yet refined. It needed to taste incredible. Over the past several years, Alex and Jordan perfected their menu through several pop ups and catering events. Their sandwiches and sides were well received, even winning awards and appearing on "best of" lists from major news publications. In 2023, they partnered with Venice Brands (founder of Joolies, Kinderfarms, among other companies) and Michael Pasternak (former Director of Operations for Night + Market restaurant group). Sandwiches made on freshly baked focaccia daily. Sadly I wasn’t very impressed. I think you need to eat it fresh, the dressing made the bread really soggy by the time I ate it (maybe 10-15 mins later). When I ate it, all the insides kept spilling out. I’ve also had way better focaccia. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not a sandwich to write home about.

Ordered a roast beef and a turkey and tried the reuben. Love the flavors of these sandwiches. And don’t forget to get cookies!
